meet the founder - Charlie

Charlie's journey with yoga began at the age of 20, but it wasn't until 2017 that she truly fell in love with the practice. The transformative power of yoga ignited a deep passion within her, inspiring her to delve deeper into its ancient teachings and philosophy.

In 2018, Charlie took a leap of faith and embarked on a transformative journey to India, the birthplace of yoga. There, she immersed herself in an intensive training program, led by experienced yogis and masters. The experience was profound, not only deepening her knowledge of yoga asanas and techniques but also offering her a spiritual awakening and a profound connection with the practice.
