Studio Etiquette & Frequently Asked Questions

Studio Etiquette

  1. Our cancellation policy is 8 hours. if canceled within the 8 hour window or no show, you will lose a class credit.

  2. Class starts promptly, our doors open 15 minutes before class and we recommend getting there early as late comers will not be able to join and treated as late cancellation.

  3. Mobile phones must be off/silent and left in the lockers in changing room - the studio is a mobile free zone!

  4. Take shoes off upon arrival in reception area and place in cubby holes in changing room.

  5. Please do not come to the studio if you are feeling unwell, with a high temperature or cough.

  6. Students are expected to stay for the entire duration of the class

  7. Please always be respectful of your fellow studios and their belongings in the studio

  8. Students are responsible for their own belongings. All items left behind in studio will be kept in ‘Lost & Found’. Items will be kept for one month and anything left unclaimed will be given to a charity.

  9. There is free drinking water from sink in kitchenette or you can purchase water from studio fridge along with other delicious beverages

  10. MOON staff are entitled to be treated with kindness, respect & politeness

  11. Please tell your teacher if you are working with any health concerns or injuries before class

  12. Please be mindful of noise when entering and leaving the studio, be respectable to surrounding neighbours
