The Full Moon is a time for release, transformation, and letting go. During this session, the deep vibrations of the gong will guide you into a state of relaxation, helping you shed what no longer serves you and make space for renewal. Allow the resonant tones to wash over you, clearing emotional and energetic blockages while you bask in the illuminating energy of the Full Moon.

Take a festive pause and gather with us for an afternoon of deep rest and seasonal warmth. We’ll begin with a candlelit yin yoga practice, moving slowly through restorative postures that melt away stress and invite calm into body and mind. Afterwards, stay to share festive cheer with your studio community over mulled wine, chai, hot chocolate, matcha, and teas, served with Christmas cake and seasonal treats.
